- Registration of foreign citizens' firm (Ltd) in Bulgaria : For registering a company, it cost you 500 Euro. This is the total cost for you including governmental, judicial, legal and all other fees AND your company's accounting. You also (according to the Bulgarian law) have to deposit 5000 Bulgarian leva to establish the company bank account which is required until the company set-up is complete. After which you may withdraw your money. The procedure for the company takes about one week.

- Providing the respective necessary consulting and juridical assistance till the day of notarized transference of ownership and respective obtainment of Notary deed for a newly-bought real estate

Agent's commission: For each property purchased with our help and assistance we charge:
1% agent's commission for properties of 130 000 Euro or more
2% agent's commission for properties of 70 000-130 000 Euro
3% agent's commission for properties of less than 70 000 Euro
Our commission is payable when paying a deposit and signing the preliminary contract for purchasing a property.
Other expenses: Depending on each property there are other expenses like: notary fees, tax when purchasing property, stamp duty, etc. These additional charges are very small. These should be paid separately by the buyer.
